Three things: what happens if you cancel, what we do with your details, and the terms of a stay. Written to be read, not to be survived.
Cancellation
The cancellation condition that applies to your booking is shown against the rate before you pay, and is repeated on your confirmation. Different rates carry different conditions, so the condition travels with the rate rather than living here.
To change or cancel, call the desk on +91 89402 44567 or write to om@hotelhillsyelagiri.in. The person who answers can see the booking.
The group's standard cancellation window is being confirmed by the owner and will be stated here in full, in this space, rather than left as a phrase like "as per hotel policy".
Rates and taxes
Every rate shown on this website includes GST. The first price you see is the price you pay for the room; nothing is added at the last step.
Where a rate excludes something, that exclusion is named next to the rate. Extra beds, additional meals and any charge for a late checkout are told to you before you agree to them.
Privacy
This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The data fiduciary is Hotel Hills, GSTIN 33ADKPV3559J2ZZ.
- What we collect
- Only what an enquiry or a booking needs: your name, a phone number, an email address if you give one, your dates, and anything you choose to write in the message box.
- Why
- To answer your enquiry and to hold your reservation. Nothing else.
- How long
- Enquiry details are kept for twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires them to be kept.
- Who else sees it
- The hotel's own staff, and the reservation system the hotel uses to hold the booking. Your details are not sold, and they are not shared for anyone's advertising.
- Your rights
- You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be erased. Write to om@hotelhillsyelagiri.in and the hotel will act on it.
This website measures traffic in aggregate. It does not attempt to identify you personally from that measurement.
Terms of a stay
Check-in and check-out times for this property are being confirmed and will be stated here and on the booking panel. Until they are, the desk tells you the times when it confirms your booking.
A government photo identity document is required at check-in for every adult guest. This is a legal requirement in Tamil Nadu, not a hotel preference.
Bookings made through this website are handled by the hotel directly. Bookings made through a travel site are governed by that site's terms as well as these.
